The project request required a forward-thinking trade-show booth design that resonates with ZeroEyes’ cutting-edge technology and builds a space that is at the intersection of high-tech and sophisticated security. By leveraging 3D graphics alongside vivid, large-format panels, an immersive experience was crafted to spotlight ZeroEyes’ security capabilities across education, government, events, and commercial sectors. The creative approach was informed by integrated work with marketing, web and PR teams from ongoing campaigns – ensuring the booth is a connected part of the narrative journey into ZeroEyes’ mission and brand.

The Challenge

  • Support event staff with design, production and shipping of give-aways, team wearables and conference communications

Creative Solution

AIMCLEAR developed a solution comprised of flexible, double-sided 8’ x 8’ 2-sided panels panels that can mimic an Operations Center, bringing visitors into the world of advanced security technology. Each panel serves a dual purpose: showcasing the ZeroEyes branding on the exterior while delving into the technology’s key benefits on the interior. The strategy included:

  • Designing multi-functional panels for dynamic, visual storytelling
  • Incorporating add-on hanging signage, branded elements and spotlights to enhance visual appeal
  • Ensuring scalability with flexible additional panels for larger exhibition spaces
  • Working with production company to define, produce and deliver all booth components

Phase 1 Result

The outcome was overwhelmingly positive with a trade-show booth that was delivered punctually and exceeded expectations. Seamless coordination with the production company ensured that every element – from panels to signage – embodied the essence of ZeroEyes’ innovative spirit and was delivered on time. The three 2-sided panels focus on the main ZeroEyes brand – setting the tone and providing the backbone for any larger event space.

Phase 2 Result

The company introduced two new divisions to support additional product and service lines. The ZeroEyes Government Services division – ZEGS – needed components for a dedicated ZEGS audience. A flexible 8’ panel, two roll-up signs, attendee swag and a new, printed handout were quickly produced using the templates, branding and AI-assisted copy for the ZeroEyes division. The other division –  ZEO – focuses on commercial businesses with as little as one camera. This product and service needed a new logo and a similar dedicated trade-show booth kit, including panels, signage and hand-out materials. Together, the components make up a trade-show library of consistent components that work perfectly in a larger 20 x 40’ booth environment. The creative, design, copy and web updates – as well as production and management support – were all from the same small team, with the help of integrated efforts from PR, marketing, and the web team.

Integrated approach

The booth serves as a visual example of integrated marketing. Creative works closely with the marketing and PR teams to leverage creative across channels, campaigns, and ad production. Copy insights come from performance audits as well as SEO research. This cross-channel team approach brings the most engaging and consistent messaging for all marketing activities – and of course the creative assets are now being used in ads, web pages and events.
