The Fall 2024 Marketing Conference Circuit – AIMCLEAR Pros On The Road

3 plane windows showing different cities in each

Marketers eagerly look to the fall season as the best time of year to share thought leadership, gain skills, network with the industry’s elite thinkers, and see longtime friends at premier marketing conferences.

Fall is also the time of year when several AIMCLEAR-ians pack their bags multiple times and log thousands of travel miles as sought-after subject matter experts. AIMCLEAR is taking our show on the road again this fall with about ¼ of our staff presenting on hot topics confronting marketers today. We’ll share award-worthy case studies and concepts about groundbreaking deployment of AI for thought leadership and paid advertising, mastering marketing under intense pressure from venture cap investors, and how to actually make money with paid advertising by integrating new-school PR into your marketing mix.

Here’s a quick look at our schedule coming up:

September 5: Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce – Duluth, MN
Moving Business Forward Professional Development Series (session 1)
VP of Communications Rob Karwath will host AIMCLEAR marketing team members to help local businesses crack the nut of digital marketing. With meaningful, deployable insights on digital channels, SEO, PR, web development, and more, Rob & team will help local businesses take their marketing efforts to the next level.

September 19: Women in Tech SEO – Philadelphia
A trio of tech-minded women who are SEO and marketing leaders in their respective specialties will take part in this innovative event that empowers and celebrates women in our industry. CMO Amanda Farley, Director of SEO Lea Scudamore, and Jr. SEO Analyst Jayden Allrich will take part in multiple sessions featuring top female speakers from around the country (many who are Zenith Conference alums). This event will help elevate women in this unique arena of marketing technology.

September 19-20: Global Search Awards – Kraków, Poland
AIMCLEAR CEO Laura Weintraub and Founder Marty Weintraub are heading to Poland for the agency’s first appearance in the Global Search Awards. Shortlisted in Best Global Small Integrated Agency category, AIMCLEAR is being well represented on the global stage. Our shortlisted submission included powerful case studies that underscored global scaling for businesses via exceptional integrated marketing. Several great agencies on the list, and we’re excited to be part of the Global Search Awards in 2024.

September 23: SEOktoberfest – Munich
AIMCLEAR Founder Marty Weintraub will pack his lederhosen to be part of the uber-exclusive SEOktoberfest event in Munich. Marty has been a fixture at SEOktoberfest since 2015, invited back each time as an expert speaker. Undoubtedly sporting a fresh AIMCLEAR-blue mani-pedi, Marty and top innovators in SEO will share the very latest in trends and concepts as AI revolutionizes how SEOs approach their work. Marty will specifically share dramatically profitable case studies, including practical use of AI to extend human capabilities, transparently sharing the X’s and O’s. And expect a few surprises – after all, it IS SEOktoberfest!

October 10: Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce
Moving Business Forward Professional Development Series (session 2)
In this second of two installments of the Moving Business Forward series, AIMCLEAR VPs of Communications Rob Karwath and Joe Thornton will share innovative and practical approaches local companies can use to get their business some positive press. PR is an essential part of integrated marketing. Rob and Joe are both veteran journalists who have also been through all aspects of PR and strategic communications. AIMCLEAR’s two chamber sessions are must-attend events for Northland businesses.

October 15-16: Pubcon in Las Vegas
AIMCLEAR is sending a trio of team members to share insights on several topics:

  • CMO Amanda Farley will share deep insights to help marketers navigate the complex and pressure-filled universe of marketing for venture capital-backed companies. The pressures are unique and success is dependent on marketers understanding EXACTLY what venture cap types actually want (and need).
  • Founder Marty Weintraub will share extraordinary insights about AI assisted thought leadership strategies culled from the AIMCLEAR AI Marketing Lab. The battle for mindshare and relevance is a whole new game under AI. Marty will help attendees embrace real-world applications of AI that can drive mind-farking outcomes.
  • Director of Advertising Operations Tim Halloran will explore the new depth of the PPC marketing stack with AI as an underpinning. PPC marketers need to stay ahead of the curve on this topic. It’s sure to be another don’t-miss Pubcon session.

In addition, we’ll have a booth at Pubcon where we look forward to doing some “speed marketing” with brands who want to learn how to quickly boost their businesses. More to come on that endeavor soon!

October 17: SEM PDX Engage Conference – Portland
Marty and Amanda will both chair separate deep sessions on AI and the impact on marketing across disciplines and channels. The hour-long sessions will allow for deep dive exploration of AI-specific trends and opportunities for marketers to crush their goals in 2025 and beyond. The Engage Conference in Portland is among the top draws of marketing conferences in the US, and features many of our best friends in the industry and several Zenith Conference keynoters and session leads.

October 30: US Search Awards – New York City
We’d be remiss to not mention our particular excitement about this year’s US Search Awards, which will be held in New York City. Several members of the AIMCLEAR team will be in New York as we are shortlisted for 16 of our case studies across multiple categories. We’re proud to partner with several clients to submit exceptional case studies that showcase innovative deployment of AI, exceptional paid marketing outcomes, groundbreaking SEO, and more.
With 31 US Search Awards in our trophy case, including 8 Best Small Agency awards, we’re hoping to add some hardware in 2024.

November 18-21 – Hero Conf by PPC Hero – San Diego
Tim Halloran will adapt his exploration of AI’s impact on paid advertising for his session “AdOps Alchemy: Paid strategies using AI that work AND make $$$.” In this session, Tim wil share insights on using AI to transform ad campaigns into profit machines, rather than a frustrating, hellish abyss. His data-driven insights and real-world case studies can help marketers reconstruct what marketing actually means to their organizations.

CMO Amanda Farley and Integrated AdOps Associate Grant Douglas will also be in San Diego for critical sessions, networking, and all that PPC Hero has to offer.

The AIMCLEAR team looks forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones as we crisscross the country this fall. The marketing conference season is an exciting time as industry leading minds share the latest innovations that elevate our industry as a whole. AIMCLEAR is proud to be part of this amazing information-sharing community of curious, intense, and bold marketers.

Let’s grab coffee (or wine or beer or cocktails) and catch up while we’re all out on the circuit!
