ses-san-francisco

As summer draws to a close in Minnesota, we’re enjoying sitting back and soaking in every last moment of heat until the chill of fall shocks our systems back to reality. The last few days have been particularly hot, but we’re not complaining. After all, we’ve got SES San Francisco to look forward to!

In preparation for the show this year, we interviewed fellow SES San Francisco speakers Greg Jarboe, Eric Enge and Marcia Kadanoff on their respective areas of specialty. For a sneak peek into their sessions and to see what they had to say, check out the coverage in our blog.

At SES San Francisco, the AIMCLEAR team will be talking social advertising and how paid organic social content is the new frontier for driving targeted and measurable traffic to your website to yield conversions. The rest of the gang will attend sessions and share the top takeaways and tactics throughout the duration of the conference. Read on for an overview of AIMCLEAR Founder and Evangelist, Marty Weintraub‘s session and to find out which session Merry Morud will be moderating.

Day 1 – Wednesday, September 11 – 10:30 – 11:30 AM PST

Maximizing Social Advertising for Lead Gen, Engagement & ROI
Moderating Aaron Levy of SEER interactive and Lauren Vaccarello of Ad Roll’s session, AIMCLEAR‘s own Social Advertising Director, Merry Morud, will start the conversation: How can a company position themselves a cut above their competition? Learn how to capture audience attention through the creation of memorable ads in Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. Gain insight from brands like Salesforce.com to understand how Facebook can generate leads with a CPL similar to search by reviewing various case studies.

Day 1 – Wednesday, September 11 – 2:15 – 2:45 PM PST

Paid Organic Social Content Distribution Unraveled
This can’t miss session with Marty Weintraub will outline how paid organic social content distribution in Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter will help your website’s content earn social traffic, KPI/CPA conversion, inbound links, vital social signals, likes and follows. Many companies greatly invest in social media and curating exceptional content, but they fail to realize that more and more “organic” social media is actually paid.

Social platforms are now charging for social media distribution that used to be free. Often, users who follow or like your page don’t even see your posts unless you opt to amplify your content – in a way that makes the ad units look organic! Learn how to reach a larger percentage of your audience in order to:

  • Extend PR distribution to journalists and the media through amplification
  • Gain links from websites with high domain authority
  • Drive focused and measurable social psychographic traffic to content to yield conversions
  • Earn real social signals from authoritative users
  • Avoid punishment from ruthless search engine algorithm updates

Moderated by Director of Marketing at Onestop, Noran El-Shinnaway, this session is part of the paid track and will leave you wanting more, much more.

Anna Pedersen and Megan Demarais from the AIMCLEAR team are also attending SES San Francisco this year and will be covering sessions that pique their interest right here on the AIMCLEAR blog, so stay tuned for more coverage. SES San Francisco is among our favorite conferences every year, and we couldn’t be more excited to be back in the City by the Bay and meet up with some great industry friends. Be sure to follow along on Twitter for updated coverage, too! We hope to see you there – be sure to say hello!
