As AIMCLEAR‘s Business Operations Manager, Laura serves as the central figure for AIMCLEAR client contract management, new business initiatives and HR operations. Exceptional business acumen and project management skills allow Laura to drive process management and excellence throughout the organization. Laura also ensures compliance to AIMCLEAR‘s internal and external business processes as well as HR and legal needs.
Building on years of experience assisting in employment law and working closely with labor law contract negotiations for a major Duluth law firm, Laura now leads critical aspects of AIMCLEAR‘s business operations team. Also the go-to person for AIMCLEAR‘s founder and CEO, she manages critical aspects of their day-to-day activities, global speaking engagements and presence at leading digital marketing conferences in the U.S. and around the world.
Laura is consistently described as an organized, detail-oriented, strategic professional with true leadership qualities. Always striving for improvement, she continually seeks educational opportunities and certifications that benefit AIMCLEAR‘s organizational and business structure alongside her own professional growth.

In the summer and fall months, you can find Laura running, biking, swimming (or all of the above) in an area race. When she’s not racing, she’s training at the gym or along the roads and trails of Minnesota’s northern landscape. And, yes, she does run outdoors in the midst of Minnesota winters — because that’s her style.
